What we collect and why:

How we share your information:
We share data only with:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — name and address only
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) — payment data only
- Email service provider — to send order confirmations and, if you opted in, occasional storage tips and sales
We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertisers. We do not allow third-party tracking scripts beyond basic analytics.
Your rights:
- Request a copy of all data we hold
- Request deletion of your account and order history
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email)
- Disable cookies in your browser (site remains functional, but personalized recommendations may be limited)
Data retention: We keep order data for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. After that, it is permanently deleted.
Security: SSL encryption on every page. Daily malware scans. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.
Children under 13: Our products are for adult use. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Policy changes: If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will also email active customers.
